I adopted a litter of kittens; there were six: Mischief, Boots, Blackie girl, Freddy, Inky and Roger. Neighbor's dogs treed Roger and killed him. Then came 3 more from the vet's office: Henry, whte&gray, Tom and Tom-tom, tuxedo cats identical to one another; the next 3 came from the vet's office again, needing homes: Blondie, yellow cat, and two grey brindle cats: Wendy, and Wind (who runs like the wind).

Two corgi dogs: Ruff & Shep.

Right now I have 5 basenjis:
Rosa, Gretchen, Captain, Ibis, and Freida.
I showed and raised basenjis until I was in an accident. They are described as dogs for people who like cats. You know how cats have that attitude about them, same with these guys. They'll do what you ask as long as it doesn't conflict with what they wanted to do in the first place. Getting them to behave is at times challenging, but I'll never have another kind of animal. I like the challenge

My dog is named Precious. Actually that's what my husband had named her. Now, a Jack Russell with ADD is not quite the ideal dog to be named Precious. I'm stuck with her and the name so I've gotten used to it. She is very loveable - when she wants to be. Others I remember are BamBam and Lady.

Hey, great topic for me! I just got a new puppy, half puggle and half black lab and I'm having a hard time settling on a name for her. My other dog is named Elliott. So far her name is Lizzy, Libby, Peesalot, or whatever comes out of my mouth at the time! Any suggestion?

Bastet and Anubis have new homes with friends (kept the names)
the last few that are going to new homes soon are Odin, Amaterasu, Brigid, Osiris, and Tiamat.

I have had many dogs, but NO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!
Dogs- bitsy (our current rat terrier), brittle
(current mutt), we just got a choc. lab 3 days ago
he will be trained as a service dog for my grandsons.
We have had too many hampsters, guinea pigs, ferrents to
mention.
Rat named moochie
Pony-Chipper-he was 33 when he died 3 years ago.
You name it we probably have had it. We used to live on
a farm.
We have our own pet cemetary in the back yard. We even
had to plant a tree so they would have shade.
