It's more like you'll be dragged along when I go shopping for fabric. These are fat quarters and what the store called Taddles. They are an 11 inch square. Since this is mostly applique then I thought I could get those for a lot.

In all honesty, I don't think either one of us has to tug too hard on the other person to get them to come along. :)

That's beautiful. I don't think you talked yourself into thinking you can do it. You can do it. Have faith. That will be simply beautiful when it is done. I have a son who was born in the fall, so I think (if it was me) that orange or red leaves would better suit me. However, please note I said "suit me". To each their own in quilting. It will be very beautful when you are finished.

It calls for a type of applique called brodrie perse which I am not totally successful with. Still though, if that doesn't work, there is more than one applique method. It will be challenging I think but enjoyable in an aggravating way. Something that when done I can be relieved and at the same time, wishing I was still working on it.
