Welcome from Stanwood, WA. I was born and lived in Spokane til I was 12 in 1959 and go over a couple times a year cause I have lots of cousins over that way. I was just there first weekend in June for Farm Chicks antique show. Isn't there a fabric store in the mall on the main road in Kettle Falls (Apple-something?). A couple years ago my friend who spends summers in Cusick and I found one at that time. Nice fabrics but with the economy I don't know if it's still open.

Aneternalpoet, Check out the little quilting shop in Deer Park, WA too, it's north of Spokane on highway 395. 395 is the one running north out of Spokane and will take you all the way to Kettle Falls. In Kettle is another shop, called Red Rooster, it right by the old traffic light in town, you can miss it. Look for it on the right side as you reach the traffic light intersection. Really cute shop. EZ Knit in Colville has lots of nice fabrics, it's right across the street from the Goodwill Store. Have fun, enjoy your visit with family.

Although we live on the wet side, my husband is a dry sider. We have property on Lake Roosevelt so are over there often. The Buggy Barn is well worth the stop. Welcome!

Welcome! I used to live on Whidbey Island. My grandma and several aunts and uncles live in and around Lewiston, ID and Kamiah, ID, so I frequently would go through south eastern Washington. I always loved the rolling hills and the orchards/grape vines of that area.

Hi and welcome from another Washingtonian! During the school year we live in Bellevue. During the summer and weekends we live in Darlington (close to Darrington but with an Arlington address).

Did you do the Western Washington Quilt Shop Hop last week?
