Odessa,
I received my fantastic squishy! I got 2 Pom-Pons, purple, that wave and everything! So much fun! And a beautiful block, looks like a fancy cake stand with a bouquet on it.

These are such sensational blocks. Thank you everyone!
Oh Goody! I'm so glad you like them! They're handmade, so sorry if they're not as "cool" as those the cheerleaders in college carry, but I figured you're likely to appreciate them anyway ... us ladies who like to sit and sew can appreciate anything handmade, right? ;)

I'm happy you like your block, too. That one was fun to do, especially since I wanted to highlight the lovely florals in your fabric. Enjoy your time on the couch with feet elevated. I can see those pompons waiving all the way from here!

I did finish about 6 more blocks Saturday night ... could hear the fireworks a few miles away in town as I sewed. In Bay City (right next door to us), we have a 3-day fireworks festival with carnival rides, food, open-air concerts ... all along the river. First two nites, there are about 15 minutes of fireworks around 10:15 pm, then the 3rd nite it runs about 45-50 minutes. It is just phenomenal. Hubby and I don't usually go even though I like to see them, but his job is early in the day and he is usually in bed before 10:00. So as I sat and sewed more Boomerang Blocks, I could hear the "bombs bursing in air". The finale always sounds like a war zone so I knew we' be hearing lots of traffic shortly thereafter. DD and hubby took the grandkids and they really enjoyed it. Just too many people for me to be watching little ones in the dark!

Guess I'm just getting old ......

Hope you all had safe and wonderful 4th celebrations!

OOOH Salmonsweet, what a lucky gal you are! Gorgeous NYB block!

I just got home from vacation and was thrilled to find 3 squishies in my mail:

April
Neoma
Goldendog

Thank you all! They are fantastic! :-D I do need a couple of days to get resettled around here and then I'll post some pictures. I'm way behind in that task.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe I still need an F8 from cjt_mama.
