I went to a garage sale that menitoned quilt books and patterns. I bought 6 of them and there were a bunch left. The nice lady said she did not think anyone was going to buy them and to ahead and take the rest and use them.

I ended up with several nice books. Now I do not know where to start!!! :)

i have one of those brothers too!! one summer he brought me back a knitting machine from an auction, i say that i just trained him really well..LOL he knows if it's crafty bring it home !!

Nice brother! My siblings would never think to buy me anything quilt related. They would not know what I don't have! My brother told me about a tiny sewing machine he ran across at a thrift shop, (a featherweight) but it was gone by the time I got there. Oh, shoot!
