How fun that fabric is. Should be a cute quilt.

I usually use 16 blocks there are more layout options than with 12.
with 16 you can set them in the diamond setting like my avitar! or a star!
how about a sunshine and shadows setting(diagonal stripes)?

If you make the quilt 4x4 instead of 3x4, you could do either of these... I really like the diamond look, haha, I did one in red black and white last year :)

(please excuse the crappy white lines, my computer only has the paint program and it sucks)

Harry - long time no see. You're a sight for sore eyes and so are your blocks :)
My deepest admiration goes to you for sewing such lovely blocks in the middle of the night! I don't dare sew after supper because I'm tired and make too many mistakes.
Have fun arranging and rearranging!

Great block! Not the traditional fabrics but it looks great and catches the eye with all the pop and pizazz (sp?). More inspiration for me, thanx.

Okay I really like the first one! Here is my arrangement base upon your suggestion. But the only thing is I have no more of the fabric to make four more blocks. Would it look as good if I did four corner log cabin blocks in coordinating colors?
