I have a Shorkie Tzh. She is a yorkie and shit tzu mix. She is just a puppy but so much fun. She is actually up for grabs because we are moving again and can't take her with us.

I agree with most. Check out your local shelters/pounds. Rescuing a dog is so rewarding. I saved 3, 2 from Humane Societies. 1 was bad in beginning, but turned out awesome. Got him when he was like 1, had him till he was about 17. My girl now, did't play well with others...but after 2 weeks with my male dog...was fine with him.
My first rescue was from a lady who didn't treat her dog well. It was a great dane:) Totally awesome dog:)
Take your time and walk the shelters and watch the dogs before picking. People at shelter should be able to help you pick the right dog too:)
Good luck:)

Puffingin - I can see why you don't have a dog right now. Since I don't do any of the things you descriped, I'm not having to worry about that specific type of travel. thanks.
