Hi all,

Sorry to cause concern! Everything is fine here.

I got Elle's email, and thought to myself "Oh no! Did Ninnie's centre get lost in the mail?" and then I thought I had better *double* check that I had actually mailed it... So I searched through my sewing room, and sure enough, there it was, all finished and packed and ready to be mailed, hiding under a bag of fabric *sigh*

Sorry everyone! But Ninnie's centre is here and it's done, and I'll put it in the mail tomorrow!

And here's a picture (which I obviously also forgot to post - I swear, I'd loose my head if it wasn't attached!)

Jan

Where did I put the cord from my new camera?
I have Colletta Kay's center packaged up and ready to mail to Janice. <wave> so, now whose are those centers (3) that I have in my possession, if Miss Janice is just mailing out Ninnie's??? This is part of the joy of round robins, correct? 8-)

<waves back> Remember when you mail it, don't put any value (insurance or otherwise) higher than $25 on the package. Canadian Customs sometimes (not always) likes to charge us DUTY on the insurance value of mailed packages coming from abroad *sigh*

I haven't been unlucky yet, but it does happen!

Thanks!
Jan

At least you know where your camera is <smile>.
Just before we left on a trip, I discovered mine was hiding. A top-to-bottom search of the house by me and DH didn't work. Neither did 'Olly, olly, ox in, free, free, free.' So I was freed from the burden of taking pictures on a 7 day cruise. Guess what I found in the middle of the kitchen table 3 days after we got home?

Joanne....well, you missed taking cruise pics, but I'm glad you found the camera since we'd hate for you not to be able to take quilt pics!!

Another idea for cameras is: Read the instructions!
Turns out, the cord I had was indeed the one I needed, but I also needed to know that one must open a little door in the camera to put the other in to retrieve pictures ... which I have done ...
