Sighs. Me to on the can't sleep. But my issue is can't turn off the mind. Been a ruff few weeks.
Trying to stave off the depression and self pity.
Wish my sewing room and computer were all together. It would make it easier to read the comp. and try out new techniques.
I am with "Granna of 5" the board has helped me pass the days and taught me new things.
The laughs . . are priceless.
Thanks all
Sandra

I was up late last night, but I was sewing to pass the time, not the the computer, I will try and drop a note next time. The Weather keeps me up with my pain, Can't sleep when a front is coming in, several days now in a row, too much pain!!!! Storms all around, but we need the rain.

Hi Everyone, Fibro and sciatic nerve damage for me. Hugs and blessings to all who live with chronic pain. Anyone here a Flylady fan? I'd never get through the day without 'Flying', or at least fluttering. Love the philosophy that you can do just about anything for 15 minutes..........on bad days that gets reduced to 5 minutes. But still keeps me functioning. http://www.flylady.net/

Hello all I am 37 with Adhesive Arachoniditis, spinal stenosis and mulitple buldging discs. AA is a conditions caused by epidural steroid injections it's side effect causes scar tissue to grow in your spine and well I have about 3 inches in my lower spine and growing. I went to be this morning at 5am which is normal for me. I survive on 300 pain pills a month and on August 18th will get my very own pain pump. My quilting helps keep my mind off the pain and this quilting board has been a godsend. Thank you all for being so kind see you later tonight :)

I am so thankful to have found this board. Everyone has been so friendly and kind.

I am also an insomniac. I am able to sleep most of the time, but when I can't - well, I don't have to tell you!! Those nights get really long!! It's nice that I have someplace to go on those sleepless nights.

Here's to sleep!!!

You have me a little concerned, I have receive Ep. Steiord treatment, not a lot, maybe about 6 over 3 years, I don't like to get them as I have the side effect of not sleeping for days and anxiety, restlesness, to almost causing me panic attacks. How many have you had over the years to get this condition, AA? Hope you are having a good day, hugs to you, Lace

Has everyone started to turn in early? I looked in last night at about 12:30 and all was quite. If I'm up again late as I usually am I will drop another line.

My husband swears he doesn't sleep well during the full moon. But he is asleep and I am up, but not for much longer! ;-)
