I got my squishy too!!!! I literally danced down the sidewalk back into the house!! Then I tried to get the hubs excited, but no luck. May have had something to do with the color-blindness, too. Unfortuantely, he really doesn't get the point of quilting cuz he sees blues, yellows, browns, black, and shades of brown (red) and gray (green). Makes my job that much harder to get him to appreciate my work!!

I looked on here and saw all your posts. I got so excited, I just knew mine would come today. But the postman's been here and gone and no squishy. :cry: :cry: Maybe tomorrow. I just can't seem to get a grasp on the "waiting patiently" thingy.

YAH!!! Hubby came in with mail, yes a squishy; OH they are so cute, such imagination; what a wonderful group to participate with; thank you Rachel for the swap. . . :thumbup:

Rapture...you'll have to go get a big bowl of ice cream to help you wait...it will come.....but the ice cream helps :wink:

Yay - got mine! Pics when I get a chance. They're all grand! I'd love to know who made the ones with the yo yos, since those blocks didn't have a name attached (but you must know who you are).

Oh no!!! Ice cream gives me gas! Perhaps I'll just wait with a big bowl of popcorn. :lol: :lol: :lol: I'm hoping they come tomorrow, I have a Strips and Scraps club meeting on Monday at Threads of Time and it would be cool to take them there so that I could use one of the big design walls.

IT CAME TODAY!!! Sorry for yelling but I'm so happy. They're all really cute. I can't wait until I get to lay them all out and decide how to put them together. I've got to go to a visitation/funeral tonight and church tomorrow but come Monday......

This has just been a blessed week. I got my squishy, found some silicone cupcake cups and some small planters to make pincushions with, found 5 really nice shirts for my husband on a garage sale and a purple bra for the Artful Bra contest at a garage sale for 25cents. I'm going to do Purple Mountain Majesty for the contest.

I was waiting, not too patiently, and finally got my squishy yesterday! I am not sure how I'll put all these together (plus a few of my own I kept at home that "didn't make the cut") but aren't they cute!
