 If DH weren't here, that's what I would have. I've got some Snicker's ice cream in the freezer. Oh, I suppose I might eat a sliced cucumber before so I get a veggie, too.

Grilled t-bones, sweet corn, green beans, cucumber salad, and tomatoe with Heath ice cream for dessert. My daughter heads back to school next Sat and will not be home till Thanksgiving so she has requested several 'last' meals for this coming week.

Patrice, I just noticed that you're in Savannah. I'll bet you're having enough summer there. The last time we were there it was SO hot and humid that we got out of the car and got hit by a major heat wave. Our dog practically melted and the tour bus driver let us get on with our dog in the way back. We had a great time but only stayed a couple of hours--just couldn't take the heat.

I'm in Charleston S C and it has been so hot and humid you can't enjoy the area live by beautiful beaches but just to hot to enjoy ocean water is about 89 degrees

Left-over turkey meatloaf, smashed tators, green beans, pear halves. Sounds balanced to me.

I found several on the net....here's one!

POTATO CHIP COOKIES

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. rolled potato chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 or 5 dozen cookies
