Baby Girl Honeybun quilt top finished or no??
#51
I would definitely go with the border, and while it is a baby size quilt I think the white on white is the way to go. I just love this Soiree line by Moda - I have made several projects with it.
A Honeybun is a Moda precut like a Jelly Roll but the Honeybun has 1 1/2 inch strips while a Jelly Roll has 2 1/2 inch strips.

That's beautiful! I love the colors.
If it were mine I would probably put in a 1 inch (finished) boarder in a dark blue then add a wider boarder with maybe a dark colored binding.

I think it is georgous and I love your fabric choices!
I'd add a border of turquoise or pink in a coordinating solid. If you can't find a matching solid try the tone on tone fabric you used in blocks.
Maybe even 2, one 1" and one larger like 2" in both the pink and turquoise. That's one lucky baby! :)

My face IS red...just noticed my misspelling! At least I did it both times. Must be my day.
Worked on a quilt and found that one set of blocks ended up being 7 1/4th inches. That had me scratching my head since the pattern said the blocks would be 8.5 inches.
So I just resized the 8.5 inch blocks to 7 1/4th then found the HST that I forgot to add to the 7 1/4th inch blocks. DAH!
As it was, it turned out just fine, and I like the smaller size of the finished quilt. Plus it gave me more working room for the mitered outer border.
