Go buckeyes!!!!! I only say that because my Brother in law is from Ohio and I made him a red, black and white lap quilt when he watches his home team play football. Great job on your quilt!!!!

Beautiful !!! Can you post a pic showing the entire quilt? My daughter and her hubby are OSU alumni, and I have been searching like crazy for Ohio State ideas in quilts and embroidery designs with little luck. They have been married a year now, and I would really like to create something for them. Thanks :)

It's just a hanging. Not a full quilt. If I had done a full quilt I think a nervous breakdown would have happened...lol I made my own block "O" pattern and them I bought fabric with a sports newspaper pattern on it and the black backing is a football player pattern material. I can take a close up of one of the blocks if you like

My younger son lives in Miami, FL, so he's a transplant. Always follows the Cleveland and OSU teams. Of couse he follows the Miami teams too! I told his wife to either watch the games with him, or get a hobby. He has 2 little girls, so he's surounded by females. The games are his only respite!
