Beautiful quilts, thanks for sharing your pictures.
I can make a photo break down into pieces like that in the Photoshop Elements program and I've often thought it would be amazing for quilts...and then I think of ALL of those pieces and shut the program down.
I am in awe of whomever did that!

Hi, am new here and found this while looking around.....These quilts are called mosaic quilts. The photographs are scanned into a program that divides into "values". The process is a lot of fun. For more info google Tammie Bowser, she designed the software....

Your camera caught what my eye couldn't. I stood back from that quilt as far as i could but just didn't see it as clear as your camera picked up the picture. I actually visited the fair three different days and found time to look at the quilts each day. People were always making comments about that quilt. If they would have had a viewers choice, it would have won for sure!
