Welcome from St. Paul, Minnesota. Besides quilting do you make your own wine, too?????? I love a glass of wine when I sew (just one) . When I make a mistake, I take a little sip, when it turns out super, I take a big gulp and just let it sit there and totally satisfy my taste buds and marvel at what I just accomplished.

We have two grape vines in our yard that cover our south windows in the summer (keeps the cool in) and we have made wine from the grapes - good wine too, I might add. Only problem now is that the vines are getting old, we are getting old and by the time a new vine is ready to set grapes we will be grayer than we are today, so I just get some three-buck Chuck (Trader Joe - Charles Shaw - $2.99 a bottle - really really good wine) and sip on that once in a while. We have a Trader Joe's about a mile away from us and we have a next door neighbor who mows our 13 step bank for us, so we always keep three buck on hand and give him a bottle as a thank you. We have the trimmest bank in town!!!!!!! And, we enjoy the grapes as a fruit now or if we have a nice little crop of them, I will make a batch of jelly. Enjoy your wine and enjoy the quilting and the Quilting Board. We learn so much here. Edie
