I like the red binding because it doesn't pull your eye toward the edge like the white one does. It "blends" better.

The binding should blend into the rest, not be the frame. Use the color you think will do that for you. You have already made the frame for you quilt picture with your very attractive borders.

The red is the better of the 2 you show [my opinion only] but I personally would opt for a gold
