DH and I try to walk every day, weather permitting. Sometimes he walks farther than me, even though he is 16 years older and a stroke survivor.

I need to. We have a Shih Tzu now and I think he would really enjoy a day walk.

Walking at least 2 times a day - only a quick dog walk in the morning but a longer walk in the evening and sometimes a bonus bike ride

I use to walk 2.5 miles a day with my dear dog, Casey. We lost Casey on our trip to PA (my son's wedding .. which is Fri) Haven't walked since. It makes me so sad.. I miss my walking buddy. We now have a new 3 mo old puppy named Luke.
He has not learned to walk on a leash very well yet. I hope to have him trained, so when we get home to AZ in Oct. we can walk together. But my Casey will forever be in my heart.
