I do a mix of fresh & frozen fruits. but I also add a few baby carrots, some honey and always think and creamy yogurt any flavor. I make one full blender full and freeze in small plastic cups, take one out and put it in the refer the night before. and in the morning take out and let sit for a few minutes, My granddaughter has one with breakfast every morning before school.

I always add a banana and whatever other fruit I have. I also spread some peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread,cut the bread into 4 parts and add to the blender. Most people who have tried it DON'T like it but I do.
