I don't have a pattern for the skirt. I just got her waist size, added about 15 inches and went from there for the waistband. the first layer of the skirt is the width of the fabric (44")by 5 inches. I also used the 1/4 inch seam. The bottom layer I cut 2 widths of the fabric and cut it at 7 inches. And did all the gathering. Wasn't much too it but the easement of the fabric. The bag was the tulip bag. I took the petite size and made it smaller 3/4 inch all around (total of 1-1/2 inch. And just went from there. I just made a flap with a magnet fastener on it. I was going to use velcro, but didn't like the idea of the velcro showing. I only put a pocket on the front of it and nothing inside. I did put covered cardboard on the inside bottom like I do in the bow tucks. I will try and get a picture of her with it on and post it here...
