    Someone gave us a handmade qult from double knit. It was very pretty but so heavy and hot we could not use it. I know it was a real labor of love so we now have it in the top of a closet. Here in south Texas we don't need lots of heavy cover and something heavy that doesn't breathe is just uncomfortable to us.

    Such a shame that all that beautiful work was not recognized by the seller. Lucky you and lucky quilt...now it will have an owner who treasures it and will give it a loving home. You are a very lucky lady.

    What a find that was. Made one alot of work. Even has knit fabric in it. You know that is old.
