You have made a wonderful quilt. It is a pity that I live too near the busy highway to have a white one, also I DH will have it dirty in no time at all. Thank you for letting us see it.

Your quilt is SO beautiful! One question though. I see a cat in you sign in photo. How can you keep that lovely quilt clean with cat hairs and the occasional thrown-up fur ball? Do you cover it during the day? I love my cats dearly, but I'd be hard pressed to show it if they wreaked THAT quilt.

Hi and thanks...and yes, that is going to be a test as we have 3 cats...and one is black! We aren't actually using the quilt just yet as it's a little cool still and the quilt won't be warm enough on it's own, so we still have our thicker doona on the bed (we hate the extra weight of blankets). But I think I'll be keeping the bedroom door closed during the day and most nights the quilt will be folded back to the foot of the bed because it gets quite hot and humid here. We'll see how we go with the fur babies..lol

Hi and thanks..and yes, it is a sort of crazy quilt...my own take on one. I just made it up as I went and I have no idea if there's a 'right or wrong' way to go about a crazy quilt...lol. But it worked for me and I got the effect I was after. And it's kind of quilted as you go too..again, my version of it...lol.
