Those furry bed warmers are great, except when they hog the covers :P :P My senior cat shares my pillow and his whiskers are forever tickling my nose. The younger cat sleeps on my hip and the black lab takes her half down the middle and every time she turns over she takes the covers with her. But I wouldn't trade them for anything...they're great company.

What a great day you had. My Chihuahua loves blankets, he has several of his own. But if my huby or myself have one on our laps he is sure to be there with us. If one is laying on the couch he will jump up there, dig is nose under the tip of it until he can get enough of it off the couch and then throw his head up and back and then under he goes. It is so funny to watch.

I wish you had a picture to show us but,I can picture it in my mind. My beagle is the same way. They just have to show they love us by keeping us all warm and cozy.

Dawn I just love what you said about "it is no fun when you are having a bad day physically but think of it...if I felt good today, I would have never gotten this blanket out, and have had this great experience with my pets all snuggled and piled around me in furry little balls. What a great morning!"

You have a wonderful attitude and turned a neg into a positive. I am so sorry you had a bad day. I really am. Wish I could help you. Enjoy ever moment you have with your furkids. These are memories that will last you forever. I had a Malamute that would quietly creep into my room if I was in bed with a migraine. Very carefully he would ease his 120 lb body onto the foot of the bed & lie there so still until I got back up. I will never forget that Sweet Boy. He was such a nurturing dog. He died of Cancer @ 8 yrs old. Way too young.

Thank you so much for sharing. Our black lab who has now passed over the rainbow bridge, used to climb into bed with me when I had a migraine or wasn't feeling well. I can't tell you the times I fell asleep with my arm wrapped around the sweet warm dog.
