I was very bad today. I was craving egg rolls and none of the restaurants make descent ones around here and I don't like the prepackaged stuff. I went and bought the stuff and made them myself. I used carrots, cabbage, yellow onion, ground beef and 1 egg. I imagine if I didn't have to fry them them they wouldn't be so bad for me. They were so good but I did not pig out on them, LOL, Like I normally would have.

That recipe sounds so good. It has 45 carbs which is equal to one meal for me. If I had a very low carb dinner, I could have the cake for a bedtime snack. Wow! I can have whipped cream and a bunch of berries. I wonder if you could change the butter to peanut butter and get a cake that tastes like Reeses?
Later, I have a cake to bake.

Keep it up, I have been working hard, and changed a lot of what I eat, and within the last 6-7 months I have lost 34 lbs. I am so proud of myself, I do however want to tone up my tummy some (pretty chubby after having 4 kids), hopefully through this winter I can work on that.
BTW~I used to eat ice cream every night, now when I am in the mood, Hood frozen yogurt is awesome!!!
And another cool site to help, which helped me so much,

awesome site, lots of really good information :O}

nutritional data on weight watchers baked apples:
Nope - just that the recipe is 1 point. That's very low. One single apple - with nothing else - is one point. So the rest of the ingredients must be pretty close to free.

this sounds yumooooooo the only things I will do different is replace 1/2 the butter with applesauce and use fat free milk. I wish I had the apple juice I would make it today. I have reg apple juice I could simmer it and reduce it to make it concentrated but that would take awhile to do. OH well I will put that on my grocery list along with apples for next week.

Oops, guess I should have put that info on there. lol
Per Serving:
271 calories
10 g fat (6 g sat)
42 g carbohydrate
4 g fiber
302 mg sodium
73 mg cholesterol
I'm sure adding the applesauce and using fat-free milk would bring the fat and calories down. I think I'll try it that way next time. :)
