Eddie, just talked to my sister in LR, and she said there are big fires in Saline County! Hope they are far from you and yours. She said some evacuation went on today, but tonight the city has smoke warnings. Keep your windows closed overnight to avoid breathing in the smoke.

The fire was in the city of Traskwood, which is about 12 miles South of us (and my father's hometown). It's a small town of about 300 people. It burned about 500 acres, but is under control now. We had some ash from it fall in our yard this afternoon. Glad they got it under control!

beautiful pictures, it is a country of such contrasts. My daughter spent a summer there in an internship, she loved it.

In Hawaii your Cobra Flower is called a Plumeria, It smells wonderful to people. I guess to snakes, too. LOL
