I've never seen one prettier than that one and admire you for sticking to it and getting it done!

Just to mention again the idea came from a book by Sandy Bonsib called Folk Art Quilts. Thanks for all your lovely comments. Anyone can do this honestly - it is just a matter of committing to one block and then declaring you won't do that again and then staring at it on your design wall and loving it so much you will make just one more and so on for a period of time. I put this away for quite some time between blocks and that made it easier to complete and then here we are two years later and I have actually got something to finish.
