You have a beautiful piece and I can see why it took 11 months. My other love is cross stitch too and I love the larger more complicated patterns, though I am more a Teresa Wentzler kinda gal. I have numerous XS WIPs. Trying not to get into that mode with quilting.

I think it is gorgeous. I have a DIL that does counted cross stitch. I wish I had the patience.
