I do have a candidate for the ugliest quilt though....I bought this at a garage sale. It is the warmest thing to lay under on a cold winters day!!! It is made of corduroy, old blanket, wool, men's suiting...The backing is flannel - very worn out flannel
LOL I think you won!

Well, I can't make you feel better if you need to hear that quilt is ugly.
I think it is a pretty, cozy quilt, and not ugly at ALL!!!!
You are being too tough on yourself!

117becca, it looks like the wonky blocks may be wool that shrunk when washed instead of the blocks around it being gathered. You could replace those blocks with ease.
Judee, your quilt is wonderful. Don't understand why you don't like it.

In am sure any one here would take that "ugly" quilt off your hands, I also believe that it is gorgous, and a good spin in the washer and dryer will make it even better.

I don't think I would classify that as "ugly". Neat use of scraps.

I think it is quite unique. Really epitomizes the original reason for quilting. Great job.
