My son and my grandson , both, have recently purchased new homes, and neither got anything as a thank you from the realtor. What you are doing is a really neat and kind thing.

It stems from my own experience when I purchaseed my home. (Aaaggghh) I want the homeowners to remember the transaction (which is stressful in itself) as a pleasant one.

Presented it today, Katie cried, her mom cired and the Attorney's gave me a Thumbs Up. I felt so good.
