Three cheers for a mom who makes the costumes! Your little ones will remember it for years, and remind you of the wonderful things you did for them. Don't give up the opportunity to spend your time on them while you have them.

What gifts you are giving those precious children. They will remember these days for the rest of their lives and they'll remind you of them later. Let the quilts go for now.

Fantastic job!!I love the fact that there are still moms & grandmas to carry on the tradition of homemade costumes, even at midnight the night before, or putting aside their projects to show that their little ones are so special!!! My girls still talk about the costumes we have made in the past-this year I got to help my daughter make her first clown costume (yep, we laid my GD on the floor and traced around her) giggling made the lines hard to follow but we had a blast! My oldest daughter was doing the same thing with her hubby helping to make an astronaut, very cute as well. Third little guy got a store bought-that breaks my heart-but I'll be sure he gets a special quilt!

They are so cute, adorable, and hugable! Cherish them, you are lucky. You have a long time to wait for grandchildren. So enjoy them, you will have time to quilt when they are older. Time goes tooooo fast.
