    Right on Dagny and JeanieG why not give the red cornerstones a try and I'm sure it will brighten up the tans. Belles

    Jeanie, I prefer the darker beige. My thought (I have those sometimes :)) is that red, as in your blocks 15 and 16, cornerstones would work really well.

    I vote for the darker fabric, it lifts the block (if that makes sense)

    My recollection is that one of the fabrics in this line is a black background with small brown details. That one might make a good cornerstone also.

    You might be right Dagny. The fabric is a very dark navy (that photographs black) with a similar color brown squiggly circle. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Here are my first 25 with my sashing and cornerstone fabrics. The cornerstone color is reading black in the picture, but is actually a deep green.
