NOTHING NOW because i send my quilts away to be professionally joined. I can then start on the next project. I do find that it takes me quite a long time to decide on the last border for the quilt as i feel that that is one very important part and it either makes the quilt into something STUNNING or leaves it ok.

Love, love love making the tops but no so much on the actual quilting.

I'd consider paying someone to quilt it, but 1) the cost, and 2) I don't think I could actually claim that I made it myself.

I hate to bind. I would rather move on to the next project.
BINDING, BINDING BINDING- no matter what, I always struggle to start the binding, and then to do it. But once it's started I finish it until the end before moving on.

You do not have to do that any more there is a sheet that you put on your machine bed and just follow the lines, it is called
"Clearly Perfect Angles" I bought it at a quilt shop and it have
saved me hundreds of hours. I love it.
I will agree here, I have the angles template that I tape to my machine using painters tape, takes all the guessing out, marking and ripping also if I don't follow that straight line.

What I least like about quilting is when I have to rip out the stitches when I mess up the seam.

I haven't read ALL 12 pages of comments (BOY! did that question strike a chord!!! LOL) but my least favorite is finding the fabric/colors for the pattern. I don't follow pattern suggestions or the fabric lines...like to do that myself, but it is a challenge. There are sooooooo many great choices and I'm only making one quilt at a time!
