Hello quilting friends
I was recommend your group from a friend here in Spain. She told me this is a wonderful group.
I´m Monica - 55 years old ( young ? ) - married- got early retirement when I was 40 years old - I`m from Denmark but living in Spain the last 10 years to take advantage of the better climate. We have 4 grown kids and 10 grandchildren, some in Spain, some in Ireland and some in Denmark.
I´m avid quilter since many years.I started in the 70´th and still love it. I´m right now going in new directions concerning quilting : I explore art-quilting and playing with all the funny stuff within mixed medias. Also I like to make traditional quiting and fabric postcards as well.
I look forward to get aquintanced with this group and share good ideas with you. :thumbup:

Hello Monica and a warm welcome from North Carolina US. So happy you joined us. This is a wonderful place to be. we love pictures so feel free to post pics of your quilts, yourself and your family. Hope you stay.
