    I would leave it whole, but maybe embellish with some ribbons, beads, fancy flat buttons, etc just to give it some oomph!

    How about a nap quilt for a young child. My grandkids were in pre-school and had to take a small blanket and pillow with them for the nap hour.

    I agree.. it's beautiful the way it is... but a bit small.. I'd find some coordinating fabrics and make a few more borders, pieced ones would be wonderful, and then add your batting and backing and quilt it.. Don't cut it.
