I completed a wall quilt with all blocks of calico on which I did colonial knot designs - in bathroom, calico likes steam and does not wrinkle - unlike my ancient skin, ha,ha!

Hi Everyone, I have a lapsize quilt folded in thirds and hung it over one towel rack with vintage hand towels on top for a layered look. It is a nice way to display vintage items and it is in the guest bath so there isn't much moisture in the air besides, I live in the high desert and any extra moisture would sure be welcome! It always makes me smile when I look at it.

I have a small house, that has many doors and many windows -- and thus very little wall-space. Despite that handicap, I've managed to hang one or more quilts in nearly every room!

My front bathroom has this little mini (~18" square), which perfectly matches the colors of the wall, counter, and shower curtain.

We recently remodeled our master bath and I've got my first paper-pieced mini there (was supposed to have been a gift, but the iron-on stipple transfer I used didn't come out entirely; it's "good enough" for my use, but I didn't want to give it to someone else). I also made a bento-box for over the toilet in the new area, but after I got it hung I realized I'd botched the pattern. I've got one of those cute 3-D pinwheels in process and will post a photo of it once Christmas is over.

Have seen where they make the valance, shower curtain, a mat on the back of the toilet and trim on the towels to match and it looked very nice.

What a great pattern! I may need to take another look at my bathrooms to see how I can get some quilted stuff in them. Love the quilted shower curtains, too :-)

Ohhh....just thought about another idea for the bathroom. Making quilted sleeves around the hand lottion bottle to match. Could even make a ruffle the lenth of the mirror.

Yes, I have a wallhanging hanging in all my bathrooms. Usually it was a challenge project. Jan
