Oh and it has a hydraulic lift for your machine. I'm so much older than you are and I still don't have one. Lucky you!!

He is a keeper!! I have a small room as well, stuffed full but I have a large (8 ft) workbench cabinet with drawers and sliding doors and pegboard over the top. I put my main machine & cabinet in the middle of the room with the end against the wall and have minimal room on both sides but it works out well for me.
