Here are some pictures of my Christmas quilts. I'm an old fashioned girl. I have always loved quilting, I just never knew how to quilt. Now I can quilt the top but do not know how to quilt the whole thing together. My grandmother always tacked her quilts, so that's what I do. I figure that by the time I learn how to machine quilt i will be ready to die. That's the only thing that makes me wish for more time on this earth. I love to quilt, I can't express how I much I enjoy cutting material and sewing it into something. My husband does not understand, what he calls cutting a whole piece of cloth into pieces. Whatever, here are my pictures of quilts I have finished in the last three weeks.

Beautiful tied quilts. I like them, too. My grandmother and Mama did those as well as the quilted ones.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Happy quilting in the New Year.

I love the bright colors and the variety of patterns. You have a lot of talent.

Your quilts are beautiful and I just love the way that you expressed yourself. It's obvious to me that you're a good enough quilt maker to quilt if you chose not to tie them, you could quilt by hand or machine. I like the old fashioned looks too so I tend to keep my quilting simple and straighforward which is beneficial due to my quilting abilities, lol! Please keep posting as you go along and have a great weekend!
