For me, every quilt is a learning experience. I have to keep telling myself that the only perfect quilt block or quilt is the one in my head. Your quilt looks lovely. Do not berate yourself for its imperfections, that is what makes it unique and hand made. Think of all you have learned in the process of making this quilt and the things you will do differently next time. I am proud of you.

I love it and see myself sitting in a chair with it across my lap or around my shoulders.

Very nice quilt. I love blues. I hated the first quilt I made my oldest DD. I didn't want to give it to her, but she convinced me to. She told me when she sleeps with that quilt on her bed it keeps her warm and she feels all the love I put in the quilt for her. OK, now I love the quilt. So let someone you love curl up in that quilt and you will see how beautiful it looks.
