    I like A,maybe you could use an assortment of grays instead of just one.

    I am 70 and D looks too dark and dreary to me, I like happy colors.

    I think a granny would love family pictures used as material..She would be a big hits and could surprise picture of all the grand-kids for her..

    I'd say that if you are not sure, go with the blue and white combination. It seems most like the middle of the road choice. But, ask her what her favorite colors are!!!

    How about making it scrappy, use all the colors. Scrappy will fit into almost any decor. If not, I like the colorful choice, with the cream.
