    You have a keeper. I have a DS that will do this for me. He is into wood. Right now he has sketched out an ironing board (big board) it will be 20" wide x 60" long, 36" high. When he finishes will put cotton batting over and then fabric. May try a layer of insulbrite (that stuff you put in potholders-think that's what its called.) Has anyone tried that?
