Thanks SulaBug! Thank-you for getting this BOM going. Been wanting to do one for years and couldn't get any quilting buddies going on one. Thanks to you I now have lots of buddies to share with!

lindyline,
I like your choice of sky. I guess we must go inside the church before it rains!

Kristen0112,
how many different fabrics you chose for this "mystery" house quilt?
will you keep the flowerly theme? How corageous you are! That I say is thinking out of the box!
Love it!

Go for it Ginger. Watch tutorials to lear how to place the fabric. Sometimes I think it intuitive but it is not.

marymc,
I think your choice of fabrics was great. But... go for the second one! I might borrow your idea and do another set "outside of the comfortable color zone.

Thanks. I still havn't made up my mind if I like the sky or not. I figure I'll decide next month, when I see the next block.

I bought 3 different plaids, 1 striped fabric, the polka dot for the sky, and 4 floral fabrics. I also bought a bigger Polk a dot for the backing. I might go back there were a couple more fabrics in that line I liked those too. So, I guess yes I do love flowers and will be keeping the theme going :-)

I think you both should go outside your comfort zone. I am doing that one another Bom at the local quilt store.
