Well I had a bowl of minestrone, a serving of stir fry, 1 mccain potato patty,coleslaw and a piece of berry cobbler with 2 tbsp. whipped topping 455 cal. I'm stuffed and off to a meeting. Enjoy your evening.

Yes I exercised this morning. Walked and then my elliptical trainer.

I had a bowl of sugar free peaches and a bowl of instant mashed potatoes made with chicken broth. Still queasy tummy. That was the sum total of my calories for today.

You can actually slow down your weight loss by not eating enough. Your body goes into 'fasting mode' and your metabolism slows down. You want to keep your metabolism high by eating small meals maybe 6 times a day. Eat things that are going to give you good nutrition, like veggies, chicken breast, fish, eggs, whole grain bread. Just watch the calories and portions. You have to eat!

Put me, please, also on the Weight loss challenge. I am hoping to get back to my running - that helps me with weight loss.
I did Weight Watchers years ago and the old point system worked really well. Plus, the meetings, of course, and this quilting message board is just wonderful. Good luck to everyone. Julia Grace
