Thanks that looks like a good book, but that topper is a rectangle. I don't think it is the one

I can see that there is an ice cream cone shape pattern that is repeated 8 times. If you were to draw an ice cream cone shape for your pattern & then divide it into similar scrappy sections, then you could probably come up with something similar for your own pattern. I'm sorry, I don't know where the original one came from. I would try paperpiecing it if I was to do it. Good luck!

I drew up a similar idea on my computer in Microsoft Paint. This is the icecream cone shape I see in that design & if you put 8 of them together you would come up with something similar. This is not a pattern. I can't do it with precision in Microsoft paint. I was only eyeballing it. Does that help you at all?
