Your bow tuck bag is very pretty. I have the pattern, have some fabric that I think would be gorgeous. But I am wondering if I should use some less expensive first. What do you think?

I ordered mine from Amazon.com; it was $6.38 plus $3.99 shipping.

If you're a perfectionist, then I would consider making your first bag with less expensive fabric so you can work out the kinks. I was very happy with how the outside of my bag looked, but I have a couple minor kinks inside that I hope to improve upon on my second go-around. If you're not a perfectionist, then I say go ahead with your 1st choice fabric. Overall, once I figured out the pattern, it was not an overly difficult bag to make.

Good luck!

I love the fabric you have used. What a wonderful job also.
I need to find this pattern and make it. I am sure it is a bag everyone would get great use out of.
