Very pretty blocks - I think a medium blue would look great, something in a tone on tone blue, not too dark.

Hi, I think a light blue or maybe an off white. What ever you deside, it will turn out pretty.

I think white would give it a very crisp, fresh feeling. But I also like the idea of a darker blue, since that seems to be the dominant color of the blocks. Beautiful choices!

Definitely white on white. Keeping the entire quilt in the pastels I think, is important. This particular block does not need to "pop" (in my humble opinion)...
