So far we have "Tiny", Maggie, Sweet Pea, Luna, and Jeri. None of them have me swayed either way.
I know my fellow quilters are a creative bunch. So, what's her name? ;-)
I like Gloria G's name of Sewfee. Or how about Honeybun or Lucky Charm

I'm putting in:
Magnolia, one of General Washington's horses
or
Binky, Death's horse in Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels
or
you can just call her "Sugarloaf" cuz she's so sweet.

We have a total of nine horses and rescued a beauty from the dog food plant over 6 years ago. She was extremely down on weight, had a hurt ankle and a very serious nasal infection. My husband nursed her back into health and she is doing great. She is soooo beautiful. We named her "Cinderella"..... and call her "Cindy".

Best wishes!

I was thinking "Alpo" too! Terrible of me. I would name her something that has to do with her disposition. Of course, I named my horse Jolie because it means pretty or something like that in French. But she was barnsour, would not trailer and freaked out if you tried to spray her with insect repellent. But she was MINE!

The horses in my Quilt Trail Novel are named Jasper, Kicker, and Phoenix. Boy names except for Phoenix. That one might fit.
