I fell in love with this quilt when you first posted it here. I decided to make one square for my wall and I'm thrilled. i'd love to show you but can't figure out how to send picture. I took the square down to a local frame place and they wrapped it around a frame. I love it.

This quilt is just never ending! I thought I was totally done with the flying geese and the triangle blocks. I put them on the design wall and I find that I need 12 MORE triangles!! It's like they're disappearing into some black hole and I keep making more and more.

Oh.. to top it off I found that I made two extra flying geese AND about a dozen too many HSTs!

I was seriously ready to scream.

Another beauty. The fabrics all work together beautifully and there is a such a lot of interest in the pattern. looking forward to seeing this finished. Thanks for posting a half way photo - always fascinating to see how small blocks go together to make bigger ones to make a pattern.

This quilt is turning out beautifully. Sorry you've discovered too may HSTs! Did you use your AccuquiltGo to cut them? I love the accuracy of the Go for HSTs. I put it right on my sewing table, run the fabric pairs thru & immediately sew the HSTs. Makes them ALMOST fun to sew ~ ~ ~

And if you need an HST in a size you don't have, maybe you can figure out a different seam to use on one you DO have to make it the right size.
