I like 2 with the bottom orange block replaced as the other person mentioned. It is just enough for a pop of color, but then the balance isn't thrown off.

Since some of the blocks seem to jump out at the viewer, you might try copying your photos into a black and white format and arranging the blocks by value from dark in one corner to light in the diagonally opposite corner. another option is to arrange by colors in the rainbow. You could also select the three "brightest colors"--those that grab your eye--and use them to form a triangle upper left corner, to middle right side, to just inside bottom left corner. This arrangement carries your eye around the quilt. June Jaeger teaches this color arrangement in her classes.
