Have only been to Waco once -- to a quilt show about 7-8 years ago -- at a civic center. Rained like everything but we drove to Waco anyway. It was at a civic center and there were cub scouts having a presentation in one area and bake sales going on and kids practicing cheerleading -- lots of wonderful things going on all at one time -- inside to get out of the rain. Had quite a nice time that day -- but didn't start to actually quilt until this past summer. Now I can't get enough quilting. My heart and soul are in paper piecing. What's your favorite?
