I learned this stitch in a college course on handmade baby garments. It's a great stitch for bindings.

Go to the very top of this page where it shows all the options you can look at. The first one says 'home', when you click on that you get a menu on the left side, one of which shows tutorials.

I always thought that was the blind hem stitch... that's what I use when hemming garments by hand. Cool! Now I know that I'll be "professional" with my baby quilt... if I ever get the hand quilting part done ha ha... :D
