My Hancocks has great customer service. Unfortunately, it is a dumpy store and doesnt have much for selection. But I still prefer it.

The Hancock's in Tyler, Tx. is not that nice. I am just starting in this age old craft and couldn't get anyone to help me. I left and went to walmart and the lady there was most helpful and full of knowledge.

    Hi Muskogee, OK,

I live in Okemah, OK off I40 about 17 miles west of Henryetta. I have not been to Muskogee's Hancocks but, Shawnee,OK's Hancocks is great. Gamie
